	CSA Structure The Organisation and Management Structure of Channel Swimming Association Ltd (CSA Ltd) is Committee-managed, but Member-led. There is no Managing Director - and no Chief Executive. Its Board forms the Management Committee, which draws input from the membership and then functions by consensus. President - Michael Read, 'King of the Channel' ® - 33 Crossings Executive Board Members Chairman - Peter Van Vooren Vice Chairman - Clive Burbage Admin Secretary - Dr. Julie Bradshaw MBE Day to Day Management Admin Secretary - Dr. Julie Bradshaw MBE Board Members Montserrat Tresserras, Dr. Andrea Gellan, Dan Earthquake, Dr. Susan Gill, Alison Read, Dr. Tamsin Lane, Enrique Flores and Dr. Stanley Paris. Bill Pickering and Steven Franks co-opted. Sub Committees and Co-opted members as required. All members have direct access to the Administration Secretary who will pass any comments/concerns to any or all members of the Board, as appropriate.
