ANOPA (Playing for a better life) based in Cape Coast, Ghana are appealing for help. The project uses Sports to address social issues in the Country. The project started in 2010 as a German Government initiative and has chosen swimming as its main sports to address the issue of drowning along the coast of Ghana.
It teaches young children and the vulnerable how to swim and also provide coaching experience to the youth to expand the idea of universal swimming among children in and around cape coast. The project has an unbearable financial issue with the renting of hotel pools to undertake its swimming activities since we do not have public pools in Ghana.
As a result the project with its past international volunteers have launched a crowdfunding site to solicit for funding to enable the project construct its own pool in order to help reduce cost.We are therefore kindly and humbly appealing to your esteem organisation to help share our crowdfunding link amongst interest groups and individuals who will like to support our noble course to donate to our fund. Please see link below
