COVID-19 Latest

Further to the government’s latest advice and guidelines the CSA Board can see little possibility of any swims taking place before the beginning of July although much is changing since the lockdown was loosened.

We will continue to monitor the situation, reviewing it again in mid June, looking particularly towards the latter tides in July.

Unless the situation with International flights, quarantine, hotels, hospitality, transport, training facilities and other factors greatly improve, to ensure the safety of our pilots, swimmers and those accompanying them, it is possible that we may have to cancel swims.

We will also advise you once we have been informed that our escort boats have confirmed that they are Covid secure and compliant in line with the appropriate guidelines.
