RED ALGAE
Red algae have been reported in the northern French coastal waters. These may also appear with us in the near future. We ask that you be extra alert to this.
If suspicious algal blooms appear, we advise caution: so it is best not to swim or exercise in the affected zone and not to consume fish or shellfish. In that case, of course, also inform the VMM to investigate the toxicity of the algae in the bathing areas.
